Skiing

We went skiing to Tatranská Lomnica. Di can ski, but Li did not learn skiing. She just got the feel of having ski on her legs :-)

Happy B-day to Di!

I can´t believe that my older daughter Di is seven. Life is short and passes faster as you grow older...Di celebrated her B-day with her family. She didn´t ask to celebrate with her friends, but soon it will become her wish and her friends will be more important in her life. She wanted a Barbie cake. Fortunately, my friend Majka Novotná is skillful and creative,so she baked one for Di. Di also wanted four books about her favourite fairies called Winx, so it was her next present from me and my husband. Grandmoms and my sis bought her some new clothes. Let´s have a look at my young lady.

Saint Nicholas Day

We celebrate the Saint Nicholas Day on 6December in Slovakia. Good children get the sweets and bad children get the coal. On the eve of St. Nicholas day, 5 Dec, kids leave out their shoes or boots on their windowsills. Then the next morning they find the shoes filled with little presents. Di and Li behaved good, so they found their packets of sweets in the morning.

Hravenisko 2013

There is an event every year called Hravenisko in Jenisejská School in Košice. Many producers of toys
